Return Policy

 

All returned biltong will be eaten and enjoyed by Trois Frères Biltong and/or our associates.  We prefer that you enjoy and share this meaty treat with your family and friends, but have heart knowing that it is against our values to throw away good meat.  So if for some reason you do return our biltong back to us, it shall not be wasted.

At Trois Frères Biltong our number one concern is your satisfaction. The products that you buy from us are the highest in quality and value.  We hope that you feel the same way, but things can wrong and for that, we are open to correcting any problems that may arise.  

 

Please bear in mind we are selling perishable goods, and therefore all sales are final.  If, however, for some reason you are not satisfied with our biltong, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product at troisfreresbiltong@gmail.com to see if there is something we can do to keep your belly full and happy.  Having said that, please note that for a full refund or replacement of the product, we will need you to return the product to us in its original packaging and shipped within 15 days from the date of contact with a copy of the delivery slip and the reason for the return.

 

Trois Frères Biltong reserves the right to fully investigate any claims that we believe to be fraudulent or unfounded. Please note that orders placed with incorrect or incomplete delivery address information voids our guarantee. We strive for complete satisfaction and will do what we can to resolve your concerns.
